The boys were SO anxious for their first camp out, that even though it was only April--EARLY April!--we decided to give it a try! The nights were cool, no bugs, still was getting dark a little earlier...what was there to stop us?! :) We enjoyed a cookout in the woods, and then Aaron and the boys set up the tent in the backyard...they couldn't wait to go to bed!! (That's a first!)
They lasted until 3 a.m., but the 30 degree temperature got to them a little bit, and they came crawling into their warm, cozy beds to finish off the night!!
